Fire Punch is a good fire STAB that doesnt cripple it like Flare Blitz too.

Wow, so Incineroar is actually the only starter that got anything worthwhile huh? I expected at least moonlight for Primarina, but no, nothing. Well I guess I'm picking Litten then since it's now the best of the three. This seems pretty much intentional, the gap between how useful the tutor moves are for Incineroar compared to the other two.

I always thought all three were good and never held an inch of ill-will to the other two, Incineroar just happened to be my favorite because the concept of a fire tiger starter was everything I wanted. But it really is incredible how Incineroar rose through all the hate to BTFO the bipedal meme and now the usability one, it's literally following a wrestling match's storyline. It FEELS damn good, though, I admit.

Primarina is usable but definitely worse than Incineroar. Incineroar's only real downside was it's moveset, and that's been fixed. Meanwhile Liquid Voice is still useless.

Primarina is still the superior choice for the 1v1 format.
Incineroar's tutor mooves are good, but it will help mostly for the double format i don't think Incineroar will go any higher than RU in solo battle

I'm a catfan, but let's be real, Water/Fairy with 126 SpA can't be topped that easily, Incineroar is good now, but not at Prima's level, high RU seems about right for it, doubles is where it shines.

Incineroar is still outclassed in Doubles by Arcanine, which has recovery instead of Fake Out.
In 1v1, Marowak, Charizard and Darmanitan seem to be better choice overall.
Incineroar'll be a great addition to RU though !

About Primarina, it will stay the same, a really strong wallbreaker with good coverage in UU.

Except that with all the new tutors mooves it got Incineroar is way closer to Scrafty than Arcanine, especially with knock off, Thunder punch and drain punch.

It definitely used the stomach flame sac as its primary flame weapon, and the breath flames were primarily in support of Fire Fang (IE, the teeth were the fired-up body parts instead of fists in this case). You're safe: Incineroar covering parts of or his entire body in fire (for the Z-move) is still his main thing.

I'm actually interested in using it offensively, it'll be hard with the low speed, but Choice Band Knock Off on it is very strong, plus crippling it's counters by removing thier items, make it hard for them to keep switching in on it.

Cobalion is still big, Scizor is faster so it can chip its life with U-Turn until its in Superpower ko range, Swampert is common, Primarina too, Alomomola too, and its outclassed by Arcanine as a defensive Fire type (Faster and has access to recovery) and outclassed by Darmanitan/Infernape offensively (way stronger for the former and faster for both).
I don't see a valuable niche in UU for it.

So a good movepool for single is pair with Silvary support. Water or Dragon RKS with defog, parting shot, draco-meteor/surf heatwave/thunderbolt.

Incineroar Adamant with assault vest intimidate
has knock off, fire punch, draining punch, iron head.

Basically send silvary out when needed use parting shot switch into any pokemon or incineroar to use intimidate, the guy becomes a tank with max attack and hp investment, speed is crap so not needed.

Incineroar definitely got blessed with the Tutor Moves, but Primarina still tops it in Singles by quite a bit. Incineroar is definitely the best in Doubles now. Intimidate will make it even more useful.

Meanwhile, Decidueye is still mediocre.
