Dunno about the first and third questions, but a skim of the trainer list (just a skim) produced no results. Likely no.
As for the second question, I heard it can be used starting from the second island.

About that, are all of the Mega Stones accessible at least? Seeing as the events are no longer around for SM I would hope that they would have something for USUM to get them, and not have it be just sending out the same events again spread out through 2018.

And there's no sign of Looker? If so then that's really disappointing seeing as his sideplot was one of the only recurring plots in the series and by far more interesting than most of the main stories. I was hoping to see how he ties into the whole Ultra Space thing considering ORAS.

How do I avoid the save file corruption error on PKHex? Scires said to "disable pokedex setting", but I've no idea how to. Anyone that has used PKHex can tell me how to keep my file working?

You can still fight Kukui I believe, but he's a random challenger, not the final battle of the main game. Pretty sure he still has the starter with an advantage to yours.

After you rescue Nebby on the bridge, there's a part where you go back home and your starter interacts with Meowth. You can actually go and grind against wild Pokemon before this scene though, so what happens if you managed to evolve your starter before this scene? Does it show up as its evolved form or did Game Freak not account for that possibility?

Here's my questions.

What triggers the Necrozma formes? I know there's a Dawn Mane Necrozma, a Dusk Wing Necrozma and an Ultra Necrozma. What makes these formes occur?

Also was there an alternate forme for Comfey or was I just seeing things?

In a previous thread it was said that when Necrozma is holding the Z crystal you have to press the button to use its Z-move. But instead of using LTBTS it transforms into the Ultra Form then uses Photon Geyser. Then you can use LTBTS on the next turn.

Pretty odd method.
