Only thing they have over Emerald that a casual player would care about is the legendary hunts which USM is doing on a bigger scale. Only reason for OP to buy it is Deoxys.

It maybe a trope, but its hardly used in Pokemon and BW puts it at 11. The previous Gens got it right with pulling that stuff.
