It's not the worst shiny, but it's not a really good one.
While I do like the contrast on the head. The body should've been recolored to match the dark blue.

its a wild encounter similar to how Ultra beasts worked in Sun/Moon, they have a 90% rate of encounter I would use a max repel and save with a lvl 60 pokemon in front, Guarenteed encounters
