Onix and Steelix would be pretty scary. Also one time had a dream where they were making a live action Pokémon movie and a scene in the trailer had realistic Aggron statues come to life. Honestly most Steel types would be terrifying.

The full impact of Garchomp is a bit staggering as well. It can run, fly, dig, and swim. It can break several machs of speed in midair or running, and can probably haul ass swimming or digging as well. It can pull off some anime-tier clearing a forest by swinging its arm fins really fast. Then we get to the fact that it vomits death lasers and shit. It also probably eats meat.

False, because it is much smaller than the sun. Welding arcs can easily be hotter than the sun and they don't wipe out all life on the planet. But a Magcargo sized welding arc would be extremely dangerous.

None of them. I've been handed a good pokemon and a bunch of poke balls, plus I bought potions and more balls and some meds on mommy's credit card.
I'm not like these other idiots either, I caught 6 pokemon and I keep them fighting fit. When I find a better fit for my team, I replace one of my old members.
I also stay mostly in areas that I'm a little too powerful for, so my chances of running into powerful pokemon that I can't handle is pretty low.

I'd like to think that training IRL would take way longer than in the games. You could expect to be training your Pokemon for years before it shows significant improvements or evolves. As such if someone were to try to be "over-leveled" for wherever they went, they wouldn't be able to travel very far from their settlement, since they'd simply get too old training their Pokemon, who might even die before they're reasonably powerful.

That's not even accounting for the likely fact that training probably wouldn't be some linear thing where you keep gaining experience so long as you hunt any old Pokemon in the same way. Certain types of training probably plateau after a while, and it takes an experienced trainer to properly train and care for their Pokemon, just like physical trainers for humans. If you're constantly going for a safe strategy and never trying to push your Pokemon to the edge, they probably wouldn't develop very much.

When you think about it Necrozma is a really scary boy.
You have an unnatural crystalline abomination that is over seven feet tall that not alive yet it is not dead. And then there's the fact that it is able to consume light, the implications of such are astounding. Not to mention that it is also capable to travelling to different dimensions and universes altogether all to try and satisfy an insatiable hunger and burning desire to exist, even if it is as an incomplete form that should not exist.

Depend on the species. Pidgey for example is just a regular bird for the most part who can create moderate gusts of wind, don't think its going to create a massive tornado.

In my headcanon only powerful trained Pokemon or Pokemon like Dragonite, Mewtwo or Tornadus are capable of such feats.

In the same vein I imagine most Cyndaquil for example capable of generating small amounts of fire.

What I mean with all this is, I am not into this 'even a Rattata could kill you and feast off your insides!' meme.

Also depends on the temperament of the species and not just their power. I think of some powerful Pokemon like Mamoswine as peaceful and not aggresive unless provoked or for good reason.
