This is dumb either way because either A) I could have been forced to answer Rotom every time it asks a question or B) What happened to me. But this could have been fixed with C) If the player hits A while rotom dex is asking a question and not just giving unwanted advice, rotom dex text skip takes priority over talking to NPCs or picking up items

All they'd have to do to fix Rotomdex as is is a small update where you can turn off his random advice. It can still be sad if you don't interact with it for more than 5/10 minutes and then you can touch him, get an interaction and a Roto Loto and be fine.

Alternative that I fucking want: You can "Turn off" Rotomdex by having a space open in your party and allowing Rotom to come out. It'd be around Lv 50/60 depending on how high its happiness is towards you and you can keep leveling it up. "Off" Pokedex removes Rotom insignia from the Pokedex mode and simply displays the map at all times.

I hated it in moon, but I feel totally different in ultra moon. They didnt do enough with him in moon. They knocked it out of the park in UM, making a relationship with RD is a great idea, so is being able to use him in battle as support. But I'd still love for him to be able to be used in battle, I mean a rotom possessing a fucking washing machine can be used
