EVERY single Pokemon, no matter how lazily designed, dumb, competitively worthless, or silly, is important. Completely making them unexist would go against things that make Pokemon Pokemon. Pokemon's all about the rich diversity of magical creatures and whatnot. There's one Pokemon for everyone, and flat out deleting some forever over others is way, way worse than simply "not having it in the regional dex" or "not getting a much-needed buff".
You seriously cannot tell me that REMOVING a Pokemon from the entire franchise forever would not be unfair. People will definitely buy Pokemon games for sure; that's always gonna be a thing. But every single Pokemon is not worth permanent deletion.
