>>34422917Pretty much the same progression, except she tells you that you've started her trial as soon as you enter Brooklet Hill and tells you you're supposed to send some Wishiwashi downstream instead of pretending not to know what's causing the splashes. She doesn't joke about wanted to meet strapping young swimmers, or about Kyogre living there. She does still claim to have caught a red Gyarados though, for some reason.
I think that they were trying to change the "trick" of the trial into something else, since there are now multiple splashes to investigate in each of the ponds, with only one being the Wishiwashi you need to battle to advance the trial, and the others are Dewpiders. The totem Wishiwashi also gets scared off by a totem Araquanid, who's a real motherfucker of a battle for that early in the game.
Like I said, small changes, but ones that make her personality stand out a lot less.
