Shiinotic was shit when I was restricted to Hidden Power, Nature Power, Charge Beam and Mega Drain. But once it had Spore, Giga Drain, Moonblast and Strength Sap it was a fucking beast. I mean, competitively still not viable. But people forget how good Effect Spore is in-game. Tbh I don't understand why this thing couldn't have Breloom or Amoonguss' BST rather than being a parallel to Parasect (not only the same BST but 3 stats are the same, HP, Def and Speed iirc), but yeah super fun to use in SM's albeit very limited postgame
