Lando-T says otherwise. If anything it might give all the water, Ground, types in OU more percentages. That just means Lando will gain 67% in usage.

1. Forecast doubles all stats when it activates.
2. Normal/Flying at base so when it changes forms it becomes Fire/Flying, Water/Flying, Ice/Flying respectively.

Yes, actually. Because with 100 speed it's able to check some mons it's weak against, hek even some sucker punch users that are slower might fear it might use a priority move itself. Plus a fast physical grass/ghost type is pretty threatening.

Considering GameFreak I'd imagine they'd make it work with Smooth Rock too but still no Sandstorm Form because it doesn't involve temperature change
