I think it would be better if the memories were a single Key item instead of a bunch of hold items. You just used the Memory Library on Silvally, select a type, and Silvally becomes that type. Now it can hold actual good items, like berries and Z-Crystals and Charcoal and shit like that.

Just by it's archetype it is fitting in PU. But it's not even viable in PU.

People would always defend shitty bug types with "well they evolve early and are good early!" but that doesn't even apply to Ledian. Ariados got a buff in SM at least, hopefully they will buff Ledian next.

the fact it evolves at lv 58 means you gonna be stuck with base 380 babymon for the entire game. either lower it (unlikely) or give it a mid evolution mid 30s or something. 10 points into speed, def, and SP def would make him p competitive though

You're still gonna get outsped by anything with base 78 speed or higher when they're at +1 or Scarfed.

While that's true I always felt like Ampharos' place was a late game cleanup sweeper. You'd switch it in on a water type when your opponent doesn't have anything to take the electric/dragon coverage anymore.

Many of the Alola and Johto Pokemon share the same problem. Rarer or later than they should be, and just with poor stats overall. I know stats aren't everything, but Johto has a dozen things that don't break base 100 in any stat while Alola has loads of slowmons that aren't particularly bulky, with very little that breaks 500 bst.

>Drampa doesn't appear until the very end of the game, and is retardedly slow
>Fomantis evolves at level 34 despite being available in the teens, and Lurantis has very "eh" stats at best
