I'm entirely guessing that the squid with longer tentacles are tentacruel. Not a fan of Tentacool or Tentacruel even without that.
Shellder doesn't look like it can open enough. Cloyster doesn't look like it can close.
Clampearl has no presence.

Zapdos is spikey. This bird is not. It would not have been hard to make this bird work, it's like, halfway good already. But then it's juts a fucking bird.
