>>35037770Togekiss is best used as a stallbreaker or nasty plot sweeper. Either way, you want timid max speed. For the stall breaker set, give it nasty plot, heal bell, roost, and air slash, and 248 hp Evs (stealth rock has to hit you five times to kill you instead of four). Absolutely chews up fat teams, but needs to get very lucky with flinches for toxapex.
The second set needs max special attack, air slash, fire blast/flamethrower, aura sphere/dazzling gleam/roost, and nasty plot. Give it a z crystal to power up a move for whatever your team needs gone (z fire blast for celesteela, etc). Works best on webs, but pretty much everything does.
There’s also an ok (nowhere near as good as the other two) scarf set, which is identical to the NP sweeper set but with NP swapped for trick.
