Decidueye doesn't have nearly as much popularity OR shilling, and the only reason it really got into Pokken was because it offered up a unique playstyle as opposed to say Incineroar who's spot as a wrestler was already taken by Machamp and would likely just play as this weird hodgepodge of Machamp and Blaziken.
Seriously, as much as I want Incineroar in smash, its possible we may not even get a gen 7 rep in smash 5.
