Gen 3 has may favorite starter lines, but in regards to overall favorite 2nd stage starter, I gotta go with Ivysaur. I love it when quadruped pokemon look stocky and firm.

I always get attached to the mid stage more than the basic and final, it takes you through the simple and best portion of the game.

Too bad Dartrix looks like complete garbage. Rowlet was cute, Decidueye was cool. Dartrix has those awkward slanted eyes, a weird fringe on one side of its head, and a screwy looking beak.

While I think all the Pokken models are uncanny, I prefer the shape of Pokken Blastoise. Old sprites used to show it on all fours to shoot or attack and there's no way Gen 6/7 it can do that.
