Yes. It has its fair share of problems, but I like the Kalos region a lot in general. If you get a 3ds with cfw, I would recommend playing Eternal X.

I don't think it exactly counts as a city, but Valor Lakefront was pretty cool. It took the Greek style house design from Sootopolis and went further. It's a classy and laid bacl resort that has several houses with tourusts, a big fancy restaurant and that's also where the game director lives.

Kalos in general has one of the worst cases of "patchwork map" in any Pokémon game.
>Random circle of desert surrounded by lush fields and forests
>Rainy swamp right next to it with no mountains to cause a possible rainshadow
>Strip of heavy snow coming down from the mountains for no reason
I think the only worse case in the Pokémon series is the tropical island in Sinnoh that's at the same latitude as Snowpoint City.

Battle Zone has tropical climate because of the Stark Mountain range. The entire island also gets rough winds from the seas to make it like it is. These things are constantly noted on the town map.
The actual worst contendor for the title is Unova's desert, which is oddly somehow present between two large cities with no source or origin of the desert. You're in a large bustling city, suddenly you're somehow in a desert, and back in another bustling big city.
