2019 Sinnoh Remake
I can be patient enough for one more year if that means that the original material will at least be respected and not butchered like with RSE.
Kanto Remakes can happen later, and besides, there's going to be chock full of kanto pandering in any new pokemon game regardless.

Kanto, honestly. They can pull a reverse Johto and make two regions, Kanto as the starter region and the new region be available as a post game.
