It would be neat if GameFreak added scrapped Gen 1 designs into the new remakes, I know that they scrapped them for a reason and probably won't even come back, probably the remakes won't even have new Pokemons at all, but there is a precedent with Gastrodon being mean for Gen 3 but getting push back to Gen 4.

The little lizard has an amazingly simple design. I love it.
I could imagine it being a one-off pure dragon type Pokemon with high speed and special attack, but mediocre attack, and low defence and hp.
Not getting a good rep until the special split and the physical/special moves split.
He's sorta like a Kooky Bearded Dragon.
If he did get evos I could imagine him getting bulkier and slower with each iteration. Maybe with a big beard/mane.
