Oh, then I'd say delcatty. As much as I like it, I can't think of virtually anything it can do well in a competitive sense. It can hope to land a toxic or use heal bell once or twice, maybe fake out something, not much else. It can't even set screens like ledian or coil up like furret. It truly is the bottom of the barrel if unown is out of the question.

Not even close. Even with the crippling ability, it has stats that are a good enough to save it from hell.

The only bad stat it has that it uses is Speed, and it gets 3 good priority moves regardless.
It's never going to be stellar because of that goddawful ability, but it's not absolute shit.
