This kind of design is fairy popular in 2018 but this was nearly 20 years ago we're talking about, this design was legitimately ahead of it's time.
I like Tangrowth because it goes off the spirit of Tengla being a weird plant monster, but this design has so much more personality to it, and it still has it's humanoid charm without being a borderline monstergirl like Lilligant, Roserade and Tsareena, and this is coming from someone who likes all 3 of those Pokemon.
