>>35934762So? That doesn't mean anything. It does good damage but all the pokemon who would want already learn it via level-up. The TM can't be used to teach it to Pokemon like Scizor or Beedrill or anything like that, who are pokemon that don't get the move via level-up and might actually want to use it. The TM's distribution is so small that they could've just made it an egg move for the small handful of pokemon who might want it but don't get it via levelling up. They buffed the move but it's still only given to shitmons like Parasect and Fomantis.
So what was the point? They went out of their way to adjust the move without actually giving it to anyone who would use it.
