In other words, the player has to come up to the conclusion to fix the power plant of their own volition.
You don't have to like it, but the blackout is an example of a good roadblock even if it's executed in the most abysmal way possible. Now tell me why the player needs map markers AND for four different roadblocks including a Stoutland Sniffer, Angry Tauros, and Skull squatter?
Again, it should be one or the other, not both. Alola/Galar's map design doesn't do it any favors either.
