- The story might not be a big deal but at least is better than the one of Alola about a girl escaping from her Mom and stealing the only Pokémon/Ultra Beast able to return her father
- N was an interesting villain that wanted to do the right thing even if it had to do bad things. Also he always used different Pokémon on each battles (he was even the first NPC that used a Legendary Pokémon)
- Almost all the flaws that BW had like the region being a circle or Pokémon Musical being boring were fixed in B2W2 like during the story you travel on small parts of the "circle" and on new added areas, or Pokémon Musical being optional to get Trainer Stars/Colors (you still need to play it to get all the Medals though).
- PWT is a good replacement of the Battle Frontier. It even has a mode to rent Pokémon. Being able to battle against every Gym Leaders and Champions at the time was a nice touch.
- Black Tower/White Treehollow is a good replacement of Hoenn's Battle Pyramid where you battle against all the trainers in the floor(s) to search the trainer that has the Key to open the room where the boss is. All floors are also forced to have 2 Pokémon Breeders which only use Happiny line (in Level 10 they are at Lv. 60-70 and give a lot of Exp. Points making it the best place to grind)
- It has the best OST of all the main games.
- B2W2 has a bag option where you can move there the items you use the most so you don't have to search across all those items just to use a MooMoo Milk in your Medicine Bag or to search for an Ever Stone on your Items Bag.
