I can vouch for Ultra Necrozma being difficult, I only won because of the affection Sturdy thing. Cynthias easy, Clair is somewhat challenging and I havent played Pokemon Colosseum, so I dont know haw hard Evice is or who they even are.

necrozma is legit difficult tho, at least top 3 if not the first. Evice was easy if you weren't a baby who doesn't know the game, and Clair isnt even the hardest boss in her game, she's not even top 5 hardest on the johto games alone overall.

Cynthia is pretty tough if you don't have a fast Ice type (Weavile) against that Garchomp.

Pokemon Colosseum isn't that popular which is probably why Evice didn't get many votes but I played Colosseum, and Evice kicked my ass twice, and I was roughly Level 57 all around.
