Replace Run Away with Sheer Force.
Dunsparce has Agility, Glare, Thunder Wave, and Rattled to patch up its improved, but still not great, speed, as well as Coil to patch up its Defense while boosting its improved Attack. By boosting Dunsparce's Special Attack, it can use special sets with Sheer Force not unlike Nidoking despite its higher Attack stat. Its wide array of moves means that its unpredictability makes up for its lower stats, yet now it has a high enough BST to contribute either by using a support move like Stealth Rock or getting in a good Sheer Force hit before fainting. The increased BST accommodates for its range of playstyles while not outshining other Serene Grace and Sheer Force users.
Its typing remains Normal because while I'd like to give it Dragon/Fairy typing, a weaker STAB Headbutt or Return is better than relying on Dragon Rush for STAB. Logically, this burrowing ground serpent should be Dragon/Ground, but for obvious reasons that wouldn't be doing it any favors.
