They're stylized, not realistic. BotW, for example, looks like a beautiful painting that you can somehow play. Which is good for them because unlike realistic games they'll still be playable in the future and be seen as a classic since better technology in the future won't make them look like trash unlike most "AAA" games.
>>36338026Also, forgot to mention like I originally intended to, this art is trash by default for using more realistic backgrounds but clashingly stylized characters. Art styles should be consistent and with this trash it's like they made lesser BotW BG art, but decided to use slightly higher res SM64 art for the characters. It doesn't make sense and looks terrible.
Switch is more capable than those shit devs too, in other words. I don't know why people keep using this shit as an example when LGP/LGE don't look anywhere near that bad. At least it's consistent. LGP/LGE actually looks good as a whole, it's the fucking gameplay that's the problem, you retards. I'm tired of explaining all of this to graphicfags.
