The double battles alone are fun enough, trying to find the right mix of strategy and strength that works, and the games will only give you shitmons, so there is no shame in taking your RSE or FRLG pokemon. There is also no level limit, so all pokemon will obey
That's my 2 cents if that is your first playthru, anyways, like I said, games are fun enough to just use your own mon the entire way thru, just because you never really played a double battle only game yet
Also, use GoD for >xD in the future, it doesn't trigger the redditors, and sounds cooler
