Even ignoring base stats, Incineroar has a strong STAB option in flare blitz for raw power and wallbreaking purposes, the strongest STAB knock off in the game that if it doesn't kill outright it will heavily cripple anything that isn't holding a mega stone or Z-crystal, a slow U-turn for safe pivots and intimidate renewal, and fake out disrupts the opponents turn, breaks sash/sturdy and turns would-be threats into sitting ducks while your other pokemon finishes them off. All of that on top of intimidate and assault vest.
Incineroar basically functions as a wallbreaker, disruptor, wall, tank, and support all in one.
