Registeel are fine enough, if it gets too good then it'll be annoying, it's a nice low tier tank and that's where it belongs
Regice and Regirock are just victims of their own typing, Regice especially, give us a new resistance or two and it'll be more interesting
Regigigas just needs a new ability, I don't know how amazing it would be even with a neutral ability now adays though
