The most I could find is regarding male Pokemon, on upokecenter's archives. In it, it says that the value for critrates is "halved" (probably a typo and should be doubled, considering halved would make the rate worse), so I'd assume it has twice as high of a critrate that females have. Genderless Pokemon, for all intents and purposes, are "male". No information on fem mons is here, though.

An interesting thing to note of fem Pokemon is that in the TD guide, they only mention girls having better evasion, but Sky says evasion AND accuracy. It's not known whether Sky added accuracy into the factor, TD's guide failed to address accuracy and it was always there, Sky was inaccurate, or if both were flat out lies, however, so all we have to go by is word of mouth and Destiny Tower guide writers/completionists always using females as their go-to.

I'll fill the rest later as it's past 3am already. Right now you can filter pokemons by roomwide moves and whether they are normally learned by lvling (L), learned by TM (TM), egg moves (E) or accessible only when pokemon learned it in it's previous form (PE).
It could be spit into 2 columns since putting everything in there in such way creates longer list. One column would be move, second way of access.
There will be added HP draining moves such as Leech Life, Drain Punch or Mega Drain in one column, and HP recovery moves such as Moonlight or Slack Off.
IQ group will be added as well.

Reasoning behind this sheet is to be able to quickly find most valuable/cheap pokemons for the job.
Roomwide moves allow cleaning monster houses and other roomwide moves users thus let you leave many orbs behind.
HP Drain moves allow killing and healing at the same time and save turns that eating Oran Berries would require, additionally handy if you have Bodyguard skill on yourself and shield your teammates. Lets you save time and space for Oran Berries.
HP Recovery moves are worse but still save you time.
IQ groups give you additional bonuses, including PP recovery which allows you to leave Max Elixirs behind.

Thinking of also adding best utility moves like Heal Bell etc. Give me suggestions what are the most useful utility skills or other filtering categories. Please no status inflicting moves as those are too plenty.

Multihits are fine, although I find them trashy most of the time. The only interesting ones are long range multihits, and there is like 2-3 of them, all with garbage accuracy so you have to carry something on you that allows you to hit with this. If there even one pokemon that makes good use of them without sacrificing more than it's worth?
I just thought that adding movement type (water, lava, flying and ghost) could be useful as well.

Discharging stuff with Magnezone is fun, especially that it gets Multitalent. On top of that you can also run Magnet Bomb and Shock Wave for those sure hits and sure-hit sniping STABs. And if you don't feel like running Lock-On, you can always get Magnet Rise to piss on Nidoqueens and Camperumpts from above or Thunder Wave/Supersonic for statuses.
It's a shame Magnezone has Trap Buster instead of Trap Seeker and that Magnet Pull is useless.

They've done it before. Also, it was obvious, but it got recently confirmed that the next main game is going to release in a year from now.
The real problem is when they start advertising the next main game. XY and SM were announced in January and February respectively, and PMD was always announced (and in Japan, released) before the next main game announcement. If there is a PMD, they would have to stick its announcement between the release of LGPE and the main game announcement, but PMD would probably be released after the main series announcement and before the main series release.

Besides, how long do you think LGPE is going to get attention for? The moment they start showing the next main game is the moment literally everyone who cares about the series as a whole will forget LGPE ever happened.

I'm doing it exactly for picking mons I like from whole list of mons that have all the good moves. Obviously I could run fucking Drifblim as it has one of the most broken abilities, good moves and G IQ group is decent enough, especially for efficient exploration with visible map, stairs pointer and trap seer and couple more, or Pelipper with infinite HP/PP and belly you don't care about, but I want to use something I like more and isn't as broken to test myself more. Making tables and score evaluations in a notebook is more hassle and takes much more time/space with so many pokemons. IQ group ranking/specialization estimation takes 1-2 pages already and I threw out IQ skills I don't find that great.
There will be no tiers in the calcsheet.

Trap Seer doesn't trigger traps. Instead it reveals them when you step on them. This means you can stop caring about traps, especially if your partner pokemons have Trap Avoider as they'll go around it automatically when revealed.
Trap Buster has 1/3 chance of destroying trap. If it doesn't proc, you get regular trap activity so you can still get that fucking sleep/grudge/whatever. You also have to turn it off whenever you step on wonder tile because you risk destroying wonder tiles with it.

Eh, I knew it's better to make it via related databases than simple filters in calcsheet. If pokemon happens to have few roomwide attacks and few HP draining moves, filtering will only look by lines without taking into consideration merged cells. For example entry for Yanmega looks like
469.|.Yanmega.|.E Silver Wind....|.E Leech life.....|
......|................|.TM Silver Wind..|.TM Giga Drain.|
You can't get the entry if you filter by E silver Wind and TM Giga Drain.
If you filter by Yanmega, you'll get only first line, even though empty cell below pokemon name is merged.
This means sheet has major flaw and you'll have to know the rules to use it effectively. Cells/lines with troublesome pokemons could be painted in light gray to indicate that those pokemons require more attention.

You'll need Deltapatcher to patch your ROM. It works by just making almost all text boxes be a single black space worth of text, to the point where you can hold B through MOST text without issue.The only real issue i've heard of is described as such:

"There is a glitch found that causes your character to freeze after a cutscene right before you're given movement after treeshroud, apparently. So after you return to the guild and wake up the next day, don't hold B.
Also, after you beat dialga, say yes to the save prompt and reset."

Why bother playing the game at that rate? Might as well just give yourself all items/all pokemons etc.
I believe scarcity and effort creates value and people have to know their limits and find their place in the world/ranks. I was always creating my breeding farms in pokemon from scratch, catching shittons of dittos and checking their stats to see if they have at least one 31 or 30 EV, breeding everything manually, but at the same time I wasn't looking for perfect pokemons because chance was too small to bother. I was usually getting desired sex, egg moves, ability and 2-4 perfect stats in the most important areas for that pokemon. I bred for HP manually as well so for example my Jolteon lacks couple power points on his. I can say I'm proud of this as I've actually put a bit effort to designing breeding sequence to maximize chances of getting desired outcome, spent my time to bike with eggs and check their stats. I can say they're authentic. It's like wanting authentic item that belonged to someone important to you over the same item that didn't belong to that person, or exact chinese copy.

Can someone explain to me how evolution works in PMD Explorers of the Sky?

Evolution's only ever useful for abilities and movesets, otherwise it's all on personal preference. The raw stat boosts (+10 in HP, 5 in everything else) is completely negligable in Sky. In TD they were more useful since stat boosting sucked there, but that doesn't matter for you/any other Sky player.

Normal Pokémon can evolve shortly after the end credits, the game will let you know that. Main character and partner can only evolve once the story is 100% done (aside from special episodes), which is a bit silly. Evolution isn't really important though so whatever.

Normally recruited pokemon can evolve as soon as you unlock Luminous Springs. They still have their level requirements, happiness requirements are changed to IQ requirements and all the other requirements like stones, day/night, trade require various items.
Main and partner pokemon can be evolved only post game. In case of Turtwig it's actually a good thing to evolve as you gain access to Earthquake, ability to use rock TMs for coverage and additional type which boosts your IQ gains and does what additional typing usually does. For now enjoy being immortal god of life drain until something puts you to sleep or you step on a trap.
Also note that if your partner pokemon happen to have an egg move, you won't be able to remember it through Electashop if you forget it, nor remember pre-evo moves if pokemon has such. For example if you have Vulpic as partner, once forgotten Quick Strike cannot be remembered and Ninetales have pathetic movepool because many stone evolving pokemon have wider move pools pre-evo. Evolved pokemons also lose their sleeping animations and emotion facepics (but there is nothing that procs them post game so it doesn't matter).

You can, although in case of Arcanine you have case of pre-evo moves. Especially Heat Wave. Growlithe can learn it and it's pretty handy to have as it's roomwide move that doesn't hit your teammates like Earthquake or Magnitude does.
Evolved pokemons are also often harder to recruit so you'll need higher lvl for them, or recruitment items like Friend Bow or Golden Mask.
Additionally you can get recruits by doing jobs for them or by drinking shit in Spinda Caffee. Sometimes pokemon will want to join or cuck you with egg.

It's the same menu layout as Sky, but if it's still unreadable for whatever reason, it's showing off Mareep and Togepi's stats. Mareep has 9 defenses at level 8 despite being a starter. Togepi has 21 defenses. In Sky, a level 10 Togepi has stats in the 10s, meaning in Wiiware it was boosted. Yet Mareep didn't. They haphazardly chose random mons to boost, while others get screwed over and get outclassed.

Pretty good. Venusaur levels up really fast so the early floors are a cake walk. It also has high HP so it can survive some hits in the later floors. The main thing that worried me was Sunny floors with fire pokemon. I had to really be careful about where I stepped.

And yeah custom starters are great. It'd be nice if the game allowed you to choose whoever you want. Can't they just filter out legendaries or something? Or have a "story reset" feature in the postgame? I think this idea could work.

As for customs, Chunsoft probably fellates its own plot to ever let you use something that can't use portraits. Same reason why you can't skip cutscenes on replay runs.
They'd also have to factor in Size 4*s. If you go above that with your main duo, the game's unwinnable.

If you cherrypick starters you like, you're bound to find more of them than anyone else.
My problem is that you seem to take everyone's banter to a personal level, going "s-seething!" while trying hard to defend your decision. Other people get shat on for their choices all the time (Mudkip, for example, gets a ton of heat), but the reason why everyone continues to go after Riolu is because they get a rise. Quit taking their bait all the time, accept that not everyone likes what you like, and also realize that popularity is even in most cases (there are some exceptions in terms of lows), and that that also shouldn't be a factor to liking things. If people liked something for popularity and popularity alone, Pikachu should always be used as a starter then, and people who don't are contrarians.

By the way I think Gates to Infinity is closer to LGPE than Adventure Squad is. Mainly because the game is simplified, mechanics are removed and there's only around 153 Pokémon.
