these alternative shapes and forms are very hard to implement ingame and game freak is a small indie company that is alive thanks to patreon and gofundme plus no alternative forms and looking pokemon were experimented in that same gen

ski stations are typically way south of the kalos map, there are some on roads 18 and 19 but those are small, the actual location would be the cloudy mountain next to the pokemon village or even more in the south.
