I.E. Kangaskhan starts as the baby and then grows into an adult Kangaskhan

Yes, more babies are always a good thing. Most of them are cute and good designs, and they're way better than added ugly megas that stunt an evolutionary line forever.

Babies are only good to give to Pokemon that are otherwise too OP in LC. If you look at LC usage, you might have an idea of what we'd see in terms of baby Pokemon.

Yeah I don't know about those ones myself. Honestly LC sucks given the ruleset but if it were to come back I doubt GF would restat every Pokemon.
