No, there's a difference between having mystery, and what Pokemon does. In Pokemon they introduce 5 or so random things, and they're never brought up again. There's never closure, there's never the anticipation that we might get to know just a bit more about whatever mystery there is. And there's never any actual progression with regards to this front. You think they're going to ever touch upon the Unown again and expand their mythos? No, it's over. They'll introduce some new random mystery instead that'll get forgotten by the next games.

Mystery for the sake of mystery is pointless, especially when there's already so many mysteries, and fuck all answers or clues to any of them.

Pokemon is the only franchise to so thoroughly drop all plot points and mysteries between installments. It's as though each game was developed by a completely new team of people, none aware for how long they'll be allowed to stay around to actually flesh things out.

Possibly related to the 3000 year old war. It had royal artifacts that are dated at 3000 years old. Implies Unova was involved in the war that happened 3000 years ago. Not the last time relics were used to hint the upcoming games.

She's just a spooky ghost. In OR/AS you find a living Hex Maniac at the graveyard saying the same thing, that she was looking for someone. She died and wandered the Earth forever looking for that person, as ghosts are said to be unable to pass into the afterlife until their final task is complete.

>Where Klink come from and why they started to appear
They "appeared" 100 years ago in Chargestone Cave. Given the nature of Chargestone cave, I believe this is supposed to be an implied mutation and nod to the Industrial Revolution. Perhaps Galar will expand on them and their origin.

There were some people who lived in the Ruins of Alph with Unown, but they left because the Unown were shy. Also, many Unown with Arceus can make a Dialga/Palkia/Giratina egg.

Regis helped some people build their civilization, but they were afraid of the Regis, so they sealed them away.

It's never going to be obtainable.

>Abyssal ruins
There was some ancient civilization whose king had special powers, and saved them from some calamity. It's possible that N is descended from this king, since the name of the king is represented by enough blank spaces to spell "Harmonia" in both the English and Japanese versions, and Ghetsis had some interest in the Abyssal Ruins.

>Marowak graveyard
Not even a mystery. Team Rocket killed a Marowak.

They still exist but are inferior creatures that humans and pokemon use as food, so focus isnt on them (just like you never see postmen in games)

It's made very clear in early Pokemon lore Pokemon weren't a 1:1 replacement of real animals. And remember, there was going to be a movie to explain this, why grass Pokemon don't replace all plants, and so on.

That's a really shitty definition for a Pokemon, and that's sad if "if you can catch it in a Pokemon" is all the explanation we get for that.

Well for one how does an ancient civilization create a pokemon(s)?

Both Staryu and Clefairy are implied to have extraterrestrial origins, and Staryu/Starmie send messages into the night sky. But what, and why? Do Pokemon as a species originate from space? Are they from a different civilization or just space animals? It was a missed opportunity not to include this lore with the Ultra Beasts since they're aliens now, or some shit.

The Klink event implies that they were created via manmade events, whether they were an intentional creation or a byproduct though is unknown. So what's the point of this. Does it imply Pokemon are created or evolve with mankind?
