It’s still Pokémon and therefore I think most people here would let mind the grind of the game. Catching 50+ Pokémon just to trade them into oak for candies. The battles are super easy early in the game but gets progressively steeper in difficulty. The game is kinda dumb coop, as P2 cannot encounter pkmn for you and she will constantly be lost off camera. It just makes every in game battle a double battle aka easy mode. Online trading and battling requires switch online which I don’t have so I can’t speak for that. Overall it’s still a cute game but NOT WORTH 60$. Buy it pre owned, it’s worth 30$ at most.
I fear gamefreaks future formula going forward will be releasing a title every other year compatible with go and let’s go, and the off years being mainline release games compatible with traditional titles.
The post game sucks without online as I’m stuck just battling gym leaders and master trainers
