It's definitely the most popular one at least, and by extension, the easiest one to get in to because the teams are so cookie-cutter. That being said, I moved to RU a while ago only to find that M-Blastoise is the Lando of that tier. Not in power necessarily, but FUCK do I see it all the time.

OU is much harder than Ubers and UU for that very reason, and it's why people are attracted to it: a "skillful" format.
