I've decided to see if I can do a full run of USUM using just Pyukumuku to know if it's possible or not.

I did a Pyukumuku run once. There are a few trouble areas, but yes, it is possible.
You basically win the game once you have access to both Soak and Toxic.

Yeah, I was actually thinking about opting out of toxic to add a bit more challenge to it. Was thinking to go with

- Pain split
- Counter

You're going to need Bide for special attackers, and Toxic for Ghost types. You won't be able to touch the Ghastly line until you get Soak, and might have to PP stall. There's no way around that.
Sometimes you can get cheeky and use Breakneck Blitz or All Out Pummeling after pumping your squishy boy up with X Attacks.
