I'm not much of a competitive battler, but mine is Jolly and knows Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Knock Off, and Fake Out. I usually give her either a Life Orb or Focus Sash. That setup usually works pretty well, but her terrible defenses are problematic, and Fake Out isn't very helpful a lot of the time, so I may switch it for a different move eventually.
