>>38331250Red Rescue Team has a tool called PMDe that lets you edit dungeons, their position on the map, items, moves, starters, and a few other features I haven't tried. Unfortunately, it's RRT. All the data should be structured in the same way in BRT, but since we don't have editors for that game, everything would have to be done manually. There's probably a tool to edit the scripts as well, but I haven't seen that.
Some people made ASM hacks of RRT, like someone in /rheg/ who added a new move to the game, and someone else who made a "total control" mod where you get the option to control every Pokémon in your team whenever it's their turn.
As for Explorers, we have script editing, item editing, move editing and we can also edit some of the graphics (like the portraits).

There's no dungeon editor afaik, but we do have a randomizer, which means they've already been researched. Editing dungeons would require a lot of manual editing.
The 3DS games rely a lot on lua scripts. All the dialogues/movements and menus are done with lua scripts. We don't know much else about the 3DS games, but you can still do a lot with this. Someone made a mod for both games that allows you to move the camera/your character wherever you want. I also used this to zoom out the in-dungeon camera a little bit to make it more like the DS games. It might be a little annoying to use, but it makes the game a lot more enjoyable to me.
