I can see Royal calling out Ash for his rematch when Kukui notices Torracat nearing evolution and putting his Incinium-Z up as prize for winning or Royal's Incineroar flat-out handing it over as a mark of respect after Torracat evolves and beats him. But either way, with the focus on Z-Moves and Crystals in this series, there's no way he's bringing a pokémon without a Z-Move to the League (Poipole has Fury Attack to work with Normalium-Z after all, if it returns).
