If your opponent sends out digglett against something that loses to it (anything choiced locked into an electrick move, low life mons that are slower than it, specialised walls and gimmick-mons like blissey and smeargle) there is no counterplay.
It doesn't matter what the other team members are, diglet is in, and he's gonna take his kill.
So what you do is, you build a highly specialised team with very obvious bad match-ups, like stall and stallbreakers, use your sash digglett to get a free kill on the wallbreaker and continue the game 5v5, your opponent having lost his silver bullet.
