Hey guys, MAYBE there is actually some huge amount of work that needs to be done for all individual models for a feature they haven't announced yet.
Maybe we will be able to decorate/dress up our pokemon? Like, put ribbons and hats and scarves and stuff like that on them.
Or some makeup?? Who knows.

Regardless, they could've still included all the pokemon in the dex, letting them battle and everything they could do before, just exclude them from this potential new feature.
