Just to clarify the parameters: you can change the abilities and moves, but not the basic BST. Other anons try to tell you how OU it is. Also, try not to just "muh huge power", have the stuff make sense (unless huge power makes sense for your pokemon).

That "strong beak" ability would negate the whole point of using brave bird: reckless is the main appeal, making brave bird do more damage. I designed this set with this in mind:
