I love Sinnoh, but I already hate safari zones and the Great Marsh is the most frustrating one.

One of the best changes of Platinum was making Croagunk in the wild outside the safari zone. And you just know that the remake is going to undo that, keep it in the safari, and then also make it only randomly show up on certain days, but also only while it's raining

I stayed up longer than I wanted to trying to catch a Tangela once. I'm happy they've stopped with Safari Zones.

Just do what ORAS did. Perfect middle ground. Keep the area in the game, maybe even revamp it a little bit, remove the stupid safari zone mechanics.

"wild area"(tm) is a bad concept though, the whole game should be open world or not at all, not this half-assed junk. A linear tourist trap with a designated, fenced area for ""exploring"".
