Will Gamefreak do Wailord justice? Surely they can make him proper sized normally but what will be his fate when Dynamaxed? Just given the red aura?

Yes. All dynamaxed Pokémon are roughly the same size no matter what size they were before dynamaxing. Pokémon that are already huge gain less size than something like Joltik

Because Battle Revolution doesn't have an overworld or an adventure and you don't get to walk around, everything is done through a menu and battling is the only thing you do.

Colosseum/Gale of Darkness had the ability to incorporate a proper sized Wailord. That game had an overworld where you walked around. Don't give me that shit.

Anon everything is scaled to the same size when Dynamaxed. Steelix is significantly bigger than Arcanine and yet they were the same size when dynamaxed, this means different Pokemon are going to grow at different rates. Grookey will get many times bigger while Wailord will only get twice or maybe three times as big.

Colosseum and Gale of Darkness BOTH had totally different storylines yet Genius Sorority still had the time to create and animate all the models for the Gen 3 Pokemon while reworking the ones on the N64. Literally no excuse.
