Emerald was the last good pokemon game. It was the only game to really focus on a unique story with real legendary pokemon. Sinnoh was stupid with their contradicting "god pokemon" shit, B&W story is awful and shoved down your throat for two entire games, X and Y barely even tried to have a story, and Sun and Moon went off-the-wall syfy original stupid with alternate dimension "pokemon" and crazy obsessive moms
