Gen 2: none
Gen 3: Blaziken (later Mega Blaziken and Mega Swampert)
Gen 4: Infernape
Gen 5: Emboar
Gen 6: Greninja (especially Ash-Greninja), Delphox, Chesnaught
Gen 7: Incineroar, Primarina, Decidueye
And from the rumored leaks, it looks like Gen 8 is going to give us anthromons as well.
Why is this happening? Does the target audience (5-10 y.o. kids) actually like them over more bestial-looking ones?
