1. Eat healthy get your protein and your vitamins and such and make sure not to eat snacks (will help lose fat and make you look more toned)
2. Do exercises like pushups sit-ups squats or lift weights (preferably both for maximum effect)
3. Keep at it don’t “rest” and always try to push yourself to the limit (always challenge yourself, once you get better (stronger) try more
PS: (You can do more than you think try to workout until your muscles literally cant handle more that means until another push-up becomes impossible and your arms actually mildly hurt)
