Unrivaled music that I still listen to regularly (totem encounter, Tapu catch theme, ultra beast encounter, Guzma fight theme)
A lot of new ideas, some big hits (totems, ultra beasts and space lore), others not so much, but at least they tried to mix things up
Used to be a genwunner Kantoboomer (got Red when it first came out). Ultra Beasts brought me back and now I’ve come to love Alola as my new home.
That being said, Alola is small, and there’s not much to do. Don’t like the cutscenes, ease (I one-shotted Ultra Necro with a FairiumZ Mimi) or the fact that Guzma isn’t sitting on my face.
Remakes with a more challenging game, replayable Totem encounters, expanded Alola, and detailed official art of Lusamine’s insole would be perfection.
