Call me a fucking faggot if you’d like but I honestly miss the days of X&Y. Yeah, the games may have not been the greatest but the community just felt more comfy. The main-series games, the spin-offs, the anime, all of it just seems so comfy looking back. I miss it :(

Sadly, Galar most likely won’t be comfy. With Gen 6, it wasn’t the games that made it comfy, it was the sense of community. That most likely won’t happen because of how divided this board is.

Same here. Won't stop me from going max comf into SwSh though. Really looking forward to going through a new game with new mons and a customisable character.

Gen 6 was a nice period in general. The HOENN CONFIRMED threads when oras came out were some of the most hilarious threads I've ever seen.

ORAS killed a lot of the playerbase. I used to see people who've been on /vp/ for a long time before then. Now there's an even larger population of underage redditors or wherever they come from, than before.
Not like /vp/ wasn't one of the most underage boards, but you can really tell the difference between posters that are like, between 12 and 20ish, and the ones who are older than that
