Here's why I think it looks bad;

Surely if you like Imps you'd want an Imp pokemon to look good?>The colours look awful, almost as if it was a gen 1/2 shiny. Pink and purple could work if they weren't such a garish combination. As it is, it looks like some shitty Yokai-Watch creature.I don't care if any evolutions make it look better (I don't know its stats but it looks sort of like it'll follow the route of Sableye), it doesn't look good now.
Now explain why you think it's a good design.
